Is it under water yet? They had sump pumps going the last few weeks keeping it usable. It was close to overflowing though.

Bad news is that they are not letting water out of Grapevine at the moment. Unwinding all that water will leave the Elm Fork high for a long time. Much of the Lake Grapevine watershed saw 5 inches or more of rain.
