I heard that there is soppose to be an Empty Holster Protest this week. I am currently at IUPUI, I have yet to see anyone with an empty holster. Just curious if anybody is participating this week. It is sponsored by www.ConcealedCampus.com |
I forgot about it, completely, until I saw it posted on a bulletin board outside my classroom last night...the only night I'm on campus each week. Would've worn my cheapo Fobus paddle holster, though, not my MTAC...don't want to draw any attention to that...
I was only on campus Monday and Wednesday, but only one of my students (that I noticed) was participating. I actually had to ask him about it, because his shirt kept obscuring his holster and I didn't see it. That makes me think maybe some went unnoticed by the average passerby, because I was looking for them. The demonstration continues through the end of the week. If you're a student, I hope you participate! |
