Well they got me today. I went to pick up a class 3 transfer that I have been waiting for the last 8 months. They put a hold on me for the 1st time in 2 years. Ain't that a bitch ?

I'll give them a call in the AM. If no ones home then Monday 1st thing.
I have disorderly conduct charge ( DC ) in another state, that they were thinking was a Drug Charge  I thought I had this worked out with them  But maybe not. I would think they could hire people that had a clue. But I'm sure they have a rule about when in ??? put a holed on it till a supervisor can have a look at it . I have a call into them now I'll see if they call me back.

Same thing just happen to me Friday. Went to do an FFL transfer with CS223 and had a hold put on me. I was freakin bummed. I had dreams of shooting my new G29 this weekend. I have a Carry permit and have bought several guns already this year without a hitch. Hope I ain't on "the list"  I wonder if this has been happening alot lately? I was a little embarrassed from the "hold" but shit happens...

I was denied my CCW the first time I applied many years ago. After filling out some forms and proving them wrong it was issued to me . I also get a conditional or denial every now and then , it's a real bummer especially when I clear any work related background check ie: Airports , jails ,schools courthouses and some others with higher levels of security.

When I went to work for Northrop years ago they looked me over real good. They gave me a 5 star security clearance then. The work I did for them is still in use today and still classified. The only thing that's changed with me is some speeding tickets Maybe FDLE has hired some libtards who have nothing better to do than fuk with us.

They will NOT give you any info about you over the phone. They will just give you the standard reasons why people get dicked around. These may or may not pertain to you. I put a lot of time into trying to get this shit straight with them 2 years ago. I'm not going to put anymore of my time into it .

Yep , got a lower sitting all lonely for that very reason. I asked them what happens if I build the lower into a complete rifle and they come to get it? Do they take just the lower ? No response ! It's been a few months so I guess I'm GTG , who the hell knows ...I could just sell it but it's an experiment at this point. Freedom ? I think not !! |
| Yep, I read the same thing on the FDLE website. What BS!!! That's the last thing I want is to have an open invite for them to come knock on my door and confiscate my legally purchased firearm just because months later they get a wild hair and decide otherwise. I'm beginning to think this may be the last paper trail for me, I'm not liking where the future is going with this. |
