How do I got about getting a FFL License? Since it seems the only way in MI I can get a REAL krink sbr is to have one.

My guess would be class 3 licence or a C&R SBR if there is any of them.
I'm not sure but I don't think regular FFL wouldn't cut it.

That's correct if my memory serves me correctly. A "regular" ;p FFL isn't for the acquisition of ones personal firearm collection.

Getting a $500 license to possess the gun doesn't seem logical to me unless you plan on doing some work as well. It's not a one time fee so the cost is going to build pretty quick to pay the license just to own it.

Maybe someday they will change the law on SBR's
Seriously though it is so heartbreaking to see what the jerks in the good states can own that we can't!!!
