Can anyone give me here in the Everett/ Marysville area a good FFL dealer to transfer a lower for me from Texas.

Sam's in Everett will do it. Of course you pay for it. It was $35.00 last time I did it.

Sound Loan on Wetmore in Everett does rifles/receivers for $15 and pistols for $20. Jeff is a good guy.
