I submitted paper work to my new PD about a month ago. They made me turn in my old card.
I have been invited to go shooting on Sunday. I won't be driving and my friend has all the proper legal paperwork. Can I bring my rifle or is that illegal and I have to suck it up till I get my new card? |

Which would consist of his driver's license, as that's the only legal document he needs on him to drive with a car full of guns to the range. 2C:39-6f(3)(b) says the laws against unlawful possession do not apply to someone transporting any firearm directly to or from a target range. |
