I am looking to purchase a 10/22 from my brother-in-law in the next week or so. Both of us are PA residents, both of us well over 18, 21, heck even 30 for the matter. He bought the 10/22 10-15 years ago, closer to 15 years ago. My question is do we have to go through a FFL for this sale? My understanding is we do not, but with the way laws change, I wondered what anyone else may know about it. Thanks. ETA: Also, neither one of us lives or are are near Philly or Pittsburgh, if that would matter, because Philly likely has their own rules. |
