Hey guys and gals! Im curious as to what kind of seasonal work the southern Maine area has for this time of year? Im relatively new to the area and am shipping off to the military at the beginning of next year. Just need to pay the bills until then. Have any ideas?

What do you have for experience / skills? A lot depends on that.

A lot of the landscaping companies are losing laborers to school this time of year. Same with the hospitality businesses along the seacoast. I'm guessing you could pick up some hours doing fall clean-ups.

Check in with the city of Portland. They hire a lot of people in the parks and rec department this time of year.
