| You can save a good bit and build it yourself over a few weekends. Some 4x4s, 2x4s and 1x6 dog ear 6' pickets are all the wood you need plus a dozen or so bags of concrete and some deckmate screws. I built mine over the course of two weekends and it was a breeze for me as a novice at the time. |

Needless to say wasn't fun but worth the savings. $1300 vs $8500 I need to see if what remains of my fence is worth listing... had a tree service remove some trees and while I was able to drop some sections before they got to work, and told them they could drop the rest, some of it got mangled. May just need to haul it to a recycling place, even though I doubt it's worth the gas... |
