Just wanted to know how many of you watched the hit job that CBS did on assault weapons last night?  I don't post alot on this board but I read it alot, but man she got my gall last night on all the misinformation so I just had to post the bias to the story.
Once again every weapon they said could be purchased for $200.00 was full-auto, no mention of the provisions of owning an NFA firearm.  The best part is when they show all the confiscated firearms on top of the factory boxes!, and how the police have to spend $1000.00 out of pocket for patrol rifles.  The rifle the officer was holding was an 11.5 inch barrel full-auto, which is not availble to individual officer sales.  And for the last part of the story they interview some hood rat with what appears to be a semi-auto UZI, IE sloted bolt and 16inch barrel, then they ask is that set to automatic? said hood rat then states I need it for protection! WTF.  Having worked law enforcement for the past 11 years and I have never once come across illegal full-auto weapons.  Most of the weapons I have confiscated have been 25 autos, sawed off bolt action 22 calibers, and some glocks.  Since CBS'S ratings have been in the tank, they needed to pull out the fluff card for the evil black assault weapons, we need to Zumbo that dim witted Couric and her minions.   I will be sending out a letter to CBS demanding an retraction for all the journalistic misinformation, and encourage each and everyone of you to do the same.  Thanks to last nights story, the sheepel think you can go to the local Wallmart and buy a machine gun.  I checked and the CBS hatchet job is up on youtube for all to see.

Rant off.
