I understand the laws surrounding military members purchasing firearms in VA (Active military personnel permanently stationed in Virginia, including the Pentagon, are treated as Virginia residents for the purchase of a handgun.), but what is the law in regards to them selling personally owned firearms to VA residents? EDIT: Called the VSP. In short, buying/selling from military personnel stationed in VA is the same. |
