I'm in Anchorage and I was wondering were I could find a new face piece for a prefricated fireplace in town? I've been remodeling the family room and during this event, the original one was damaged. Plus, a new one is needed anyway to match the rest of the room.
Anyway, I'm looking for something has a overlapping fit since I do not want the gas unit that's already in place or redo the tiles around the fireplace as well. Are there any business in town that stock them or can order one?? Thankls for looking!! |

so you are wanting to put a wood fireplace in place of the gas unit now? if so you are going to be out of luck, the flue used in gas fireplaces cannot handle the heat put out buy the wood burning stoves. If this is not the case please ignore.
Do you know the name brand, model of your fireplace? there should be a placard label donw in the bottom of the box near the gas valve or the vacinity. |
