Yes thay do. I usually will spend a couple thousand on cakes and mortars, but due to the drought this year am going to postpone, the grass is way to crunchy right now.

Good point, and good thinking. Unfortunately, I'm sure there will be far too many people who fail to posess that type of forethought.
