Wife picked up a dehydrator at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Slice it 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle some garlic salt on both sides, a little pepper and dehydrate for six hours. My favorite is with chopped green chili smeared on the slices before you dehydrate. |

My favorite is with chopped green chili smeared on the slices before you dehydrate. I think I'll try doing some in the oven set to it's lowest settings. I'm not too comfortable with the idea of just hanging it outside. It was 80 down here over the weekend ... |
