I HAS A JOB !!!! After being off for five months, i am ready! Signed the papers today,drug test,background check,etc. I start Friday,for a large commercial HVAC Co. in Dallas.Will work with another service tech for 4 mths., then get my own service truck.Will be doing some travelling also,they have small shops in Austin, and San Antonio. After the last 14 years in corporate america, i will never go back.Plan to work with my tools the rest of my working days.  WHAT A RELIEF !!.......Well, i wanted to tell somebody,i'm so happy i could just shit...

I was the Bldg.Engr. i was over maint.,dealt with the contractors.I just had to put up with 400 people at a telco co.I have lots of hands on maint. experience.They know my background, and will train me.At 57 years old, it has been tough to find another job like i had.I welcome the chance to get back to work with my hands.I am not making what i was, but i can pay bills.If i did not a severance pkg., i would have been SOL. |
Thank you kind Lady..............was in training most all day.They told me to report to T.I. Sherman next week,i will be glad to get a company truck,because mine is a V-8,and they are not paying mileage unless i haul parts.But it is good to be employed again,and this cold beer tastes REALLY good.
