Wow, didn't mean to start a war with my Bowflex thread. Sorry. Anyhow, I just want to let everyone know that because of that thread I made, I was able to find a Bowflex (well, a Crossbow) within 1 mile from my house and it is getting delivered tonight by MudBug. Thanks again for the help. I probably started a flamewar with this thread too, but I just wanted to give my feedback that some leniency would be nice when it comes to threads like that one. While I appreciate that it wasn't deleted, I think that some "WTB"-related threads should be allowed for bulkier items (ie: gun safes, etc). I was also able to find a home for a dog last month (on arizonashooting.com), but I assume I would have had the same successful results had I posted here. No flame war or disrespect intended here (seriously). The main reason for this thread is so people don't e-mail me about where to buy equipment. I would have posted that in the other thread, but it is now locked. Thanks again for the help! |
Funny you should mention this... All of the Mods from all of the HTF's have been discussing this very idea for inclusion into the HTF's. We have been hashing out different ideas for a couple of weeks now. See, we actually do work for you guys here.

| Just an idea to keep our hometown forum alive. When it comes to bulky thinks like that and gun safes that we all would prefer to purchase locally to avoid paying out the ass for shipping, we could try to start using the AZ/NM specific EE at the top of the hometown page, then maybe post a link in the thread. |
