Sports, Dallas Stars game Saturday night at the American Airlines Center. Ranger Game Monday night.
If you're into the arts, the Downtown Arts district ain't too bad. Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, Crow Collection of Asian Art (free, but not real kid friendly), Sixth Floor Musuem (JFK assassination museum) are all cool. Elm Fork gun range is a good one, if you wanna do some shooting while in town. |

I'm near 635 and Luna Rd. Not looking for anything in particular, just something low key/low cost to do one night after class. Mrs. DJ gets on me because I tend to hang out in my hotel room every trip unless someone drags me to something.
I'm not set up to travel with my firearm, so no shooting unless I rent. I have been to Dallas a few times, but not or longer than a single day for about 10 years. Now that I think about it, I wonder if I could drive by and see the F1 circuit under construction.  We're hoping to attend this year.

www.elmfork.com right near you. highest class range in dallas by a mile. that means that I have only been there about 3 times because I am low rent. has everything. home of scotty robertson. 467 acres centered in dallas. it is at luna road and northwest hwy intersection. Northwest Highway has everything a guy needs... Guns, Booze and Strip Clubs. Look at it this way... you can convince the Mrs that hanging out in your hotel room is good after you call her from Dallas Jail to bail you out from running the Guns/Booze/StripClub Highway too hard. |
