Ok here it is I need to name someone to get my stuff in the trust I am setting up for a few NFA items, I gots no kids and no family members that would want or know what to do with said items the contents of the trust will most likely be a few suppressors. I will pick a name out of the hat on 01/09/11 if you want in here are the requirements
1. Must have at least 1000 posts. 2. Be a regular poser in the WHTF. 3. Be willing to give me your name and contact info. 4. Agree not to stalk and kill me to get said items. 5. And post a short explanation of why you would deserve to receive said items. |

There is absolutely no reason I would deserve to receive your NFA items but they would definitely be appreciated, they would go to a good, secure home and find their way to my heir (son) at such time as I can no longer have them. What the hell, In! I would love and cherish the NFA devices and give them a good home. If I didn't have the caliber (most likely have something in that cal.) then I would acquire it.
On a complete hijack note, I'm getting ready to do a trust too and will be naming a close friend for sure as my family wouldn't have the foggiest idea of what to do with the cans when I croak. I was also thinking of naming a few other folks to the trust who regularly swap around various toys. I wonder if a transfer would be easier to people already named on a trust for the item? |

We are thinking about something similar in the next few years. So, you will probably see any involved items 'Future PIFed' again at that time. |

Finally, something I qualify for. I am now hanging out in a Class III state, so they'd get used. Also, it's the sort of destination most arftards can find, so the toys would be tard magnets. And, on top of everything else, I have great legs. Really. Gams to die for. Ask Tweak. |

1-4: DONE! 5: Can't say that I really deserve them, but you could put me on because I won't be offended if, at some point in the future, you decide to change the trust so that someone else (maybe a new family member or closer friend) is the beneficiary instead of me.

There is something wonderfully comforting about the big bores. Makes me all warm and fuzzy knowing that Water Buffalo, Polar Bears and damn near anything else can be perforated with extreme results
