[ARCHIVED THREAD] - GA WCL application questions

I am turning in my WCL application on the 18th and have a couple of questions:

1) At the top, it has a blank for the county number. Do I fill that in or does the person taking the application put that in? If I put it in, what is the county number for Cherokee County?

2) The "Place of Birth" line, do they want the location of the hospital I was born at or just my hometown?

County should be them,

Place of birth should be city, state

Now this is just a wild guess, but I'm guessing that a clerk at the Probate Judge's office would be happy to tell you what to put in the blanks. Shouldn't take more than five seconds, at the most.

I guess I'll give them a call on Monday. I just started filling it out yesterday and the court isn't open on the weekends, so I was hoping to get the answer here first from someone who has done this recently.
