| The Bears were right to play their starters because they do not want to meet the Packers in the playoffs. The Bears were treating this like a playoff game, same as the Packers. Better to block the packers out of the playoffs then to lose later and have the season end. |

Lovie's still an idiot and the icing on the cake would have been to see Cutler injured in the 4th (when he shouldn't have been playing). That would have complemented the idiotic time out that they took earlier. It had nothing to do with meeting the Pack in the playoffs but rather the rivalry mentality and wanting to win in Lambeau. |
