Anyone able to remove a Garand barrel.....cheap?   Or rent the tools?

I called around,  but I'm looking for reasonably priced.    I'm cheap.

Where are you located?

There is a guy south of Holt Michigan named Dan Snapp that does work very inexpensively. Great guy, really, really good gunsmith.

Then I would suggest taking it to Steve at Adco Firearms. He does an excellent job. It will be cheaper for you if you disassemble it first.

I use Harder Auto for my transfers,  closer to home.    But Ken will get my gunsmith business.
