Hi guys!
I don't post much in here, but I lurk alot. I am trying to get an ICF(concrete) house built here in the NW(Delta) region. I am having trouble finding anyone who knows anything about it. Add in the fact I want a SIPS roof and basement-then it really narrows it down. Anyone have any good leads? Oh yeah, I am wanting to do solar water heating along with radiant floor heating...long list of 'custom' shit makes it even harder. I plan on doing all the plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, and painting myself to cut some of the labor down, so I just need a GC until it is dried in. I hope one of ya knows someone near me who can help, because I am about out of options. Feel free to IM, if you want. Thanks for your time reading all this. Redman |
