Thats an online store. Is there a bricks and mortar store in Portland?

Is there a factory sale that Gerber does, like the Kershaw thing a few weeks back?

Their office is over off Sequoia Parkway, at the Bonita Road overpass on I-5. They occasionally have sales, but I've never heard of a Kershaw-like sale. Too bad, Gerber makes good stuff!!

I don't know if Gerber or any of the others do this but up in Edmonds/Lynnwood WA at the SOG office they keep a list of 2nds and blems they sell at damn good prices. They only sell fully functional items so it is usually just a cosmetic blem or discontinued item.

You guys need to stop by and talk to alan warren at the next expo show He is one of the top knife makers in the country, and he lives here in portland.
If your talking folders i like spyderco They make more left hand friendly knives then the other guys.

Glad to see I'm not the only one that still remembers this. I told my mom about it the other night and she found it interesting. I actually E-mailed back and forth with Mr. Leatherman during the Kerry contributution timing regarding this issue.
