Athens is getting dark and the thunder is rolling. Strangely, the birds are still chirping like they are oblivious to the coming storm.

From my foxhole West of I-85 South of A-town, most of it seems to be East now. All OK here. East GA - hang on.

We walked out to go get 2lb of ground beef while it was still dry.

Walked back in 45 lbs heavier.

LARRYG - after looking at http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?product=NCR&rid=bmx&loop=yes it looks like I may have more coming my way. I will get out in the street and give hand and arm signals. Do you want just the rain or the thunder and lightening as well?

Apparently, we got all the thunderboomers last night, really loud, shaking the house, but no rain with it.

Damn.
