So, I thought I'd give this a shot. My girlfriend is looking for an administrative assistant/executive admin type position (or something along those lines). Anybody have any leads I can give her in the North Dallas/Collin County area?
1,000 rounds of XM193 to anyone that gets her a job. Thanks. |

I saw this on our local bulletin board. I don't know anything about the business.
A Real Estate office in Collin County is seeking someone with great customer service skills and a can-do attitude to assist with customers and office operations. Marketing, Sales, and/or Retail experience is a plus. Candidate must have excellent computer and writing skills. Typical hours will be 20-35 hours per week. If you are looking for more time, we can also arrange this. Hours will be 9am -6pm on Thursday and Friday, as well as an occasional Saturday and/or Sunday. Hourly pay is $10.00 plus bonuses. Please send resume and references by email. [email protected] |

Will ask her when I get home tonight. |

My suggestion is that she joins a temp agency. If she gets on with an engineering firm and does a really good job, then the firm will often "buy" the temp firm out and offer her a full time position.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen this happen at my own company. Good luck. |

How does your GF feel about working from home, after about a month's training in Carrolton?
She would need a computer and a phone line (no vonage etc. ). You could IM me if interested. My wife works for this company from home. ETA: also, they are usually hiring where I work for admin assists. But it is in Dallas, near parkland. |
