Is there anyone in Wisconsin that does work on Glock Frames?  I'd really like to get my finger grooves removed and stippled, and I'd prefer to not have to ship it.

You can do it yourself if your the least bit handy with a Dremel. Stippling can get ugly - I have seen plenty online to stay away.
Here is my first try at grip modification:

Do it yourself. Dremel and soldering iron. Practice on Pmags first then when you feel comfortable it's easy.

I really want to take a G17 and put a G19 size grip on it.  My experience is that it is the grip that is the hardest to conceal and my experience tell me that I shoot better with the longer slide.  Again, that's my personal experience, yours may be different.

I did my own Gen3 G17.
Grip reduction, trigger guard under cut, G19 grip chop.
I kept the finger grooves because they actually fit me.

I used a coarse file, sand paper, and a soldering iron with the smallest tip.
Hit the texturing with fine sand paper where it is too rough.
Take your time, tape off sections of the frame you don't want to mod and you'll be fine.

Did my own as well.. I'm not paying someone $100+ dollars to do something I can do myself

I used a candle to do the back strap reduction and like the others said, practice on a Pmag until you get the pattern and texture you want down. I used a dremel on the finger grooves and trigger guard... go slow, take your time... its not cold fusion....

Nicely done guys, I see I have another project to add to the long list.
