Is it possible to buy just a glock lower out of state and transfer it to a MD FFL?

The frame has the serial number so you'd still need to do the normal FFL thing. Not sure how they'd handle the spent shell casing thing though.

Frame = no barrel (Glock anyway) - so no shell casing required.

Since there is no barrel, no Omega lock required either.

Thanks guys....Free State Gun Range is handling the transfer...not an issue for a glock lower...its like a AR15 lower transfer...the only reason is asked is MD has weird gun laws and each FFL as their own rules and protocols for out of state transfers. By the way Free State does $40 transfers...
