[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Good Local Auto Paint Service?

Hey fellas I live in Smyrna. I am looking for a place to get my 02 Tacoma painted. I keep hearing horror stories about Maaco. Are there any other places you would suggest that wont cost an arm and a leg? I know paint is expensive and most of the work involved is tied to the prep process. Just looking for some suggestions.

I have had a lot of high quality, budget body work done at Bethunes Body shop over on Atlanta rd across from the base. That being said, I am not sure if he can cost effectively paint a whole car.

Are you looking to change the color, correct some issues, or just make it look better?
