Looks like a ice storm is in the mix. It's raining with slight freezing on the surfaces as of 10pm in Columbus. What going on in your neck of the woods? |
Yes, don't jinx me. ETA- I just stepped outside and could head tge dead limbs snapping in the woods. Just wait until the wind picks up. |
No... but there are no trees close enough to my house. Maybe the fence, but it needs torn down anyway. It appears to be all melted here too. |

Hello fellas, I have a load waiting for me in Columbus, near the Airport that is supposed to be picked up at 5:00 am Monday. If you guys could keep these updates going that would be nice. The shop I'm going to looks for any excuse to close down. If it's nasty out, there isn't much reason for me to head down there tonight cause they aint gonna be there. I hope you guys don't mind us scum from Michigan crashing your forum. I took off my shoes before I came in. |
LOL, welcome. As of 12:30pm here in Columbus the roads are all clear, highways and major side roads are all clear, it business as usual here. The temps have risen and the ice is all but gone. It will be a typical Monday here tomorrow. |

Got up around 5:00 a.m. to check on the weather and stoke-up the stove. Freezing rain and little ice cicles were hanging off the power lines and trees. After stoking the stove it's back to bed. Got up around 8:00 to get ready for Church and it was call off. Back to bed -- again ! Got up at 9:00 a.m and temps were around 38 degrees and the ice was all gone.  |
