killthewabbit & I are in not-so-sunny St. Louis at the NRA Convention. R. Lee Erney is supposed to be here tomorrow, I hope to get a pic made with him. The locals don't quite know what to make of a bunch of gun-toting good old boys from the sunny South. After warning us to stay out of East St. Louis, we noted that we call that "targets of opportunity".............. Hank would feel right at home here, it reminds us a LOT of Memphis, only w/o the gangbangers.  We had a bit of a run-in with a Barney Fife-wannabe at the Arch over my pocketknife. Seems he had no sense of humor at all, even after I got rid of the knife & tried to re-enter. What the hell was *I* gonna do with the Arch with a GD knife, anyways????  We did see Barrett & some folks we know from the Manchester 3 Gun match. Other than that, no one else that we know. The babe factor is VERY limited here, both in town & at the convention. Even the Dillon girls didn't make the trip..............  Ya'll behave while we're gone!!!!  |

Well, to add even MORE excitement, killthewabbit & I had our first run-in with a gangbanger on the subway Sat. night. Seems there was a rap concert that let loose about the time we hitched a ride down to Union Station. One of the bangers decided to try to see how big of a sissy the white men were on the car, slapping their heads as he went down the line. He did okay until he got to me. He's now looking for his lost tooth...........  How embarrassing is it for him that a 48 year old fat white man just whipped his ass & knocked his tooth out?????  Hank: you shoulda been there, homes! Got to meet R. Lee Ermey, get his pic & autograph. His line was WAAAAAYYYY long, thankfully I only had to wait 1-1/2 hrs.........  However, the babe who did European Action Armory was just BEYOND description!!!! MAN!!! Sadly, she did not date older, fat, no-money immature men...........
