Going to go upgrade my permit to a lifetime permit. What cashier checks do I need and with what amount?

IIRC I sent the ISP a $60 USPS money order for my Lifetime License to Carry a Handgun. I paid the local SD $40 in cash plus $2 for the Notary. Does your license to carry a handgun expire within the next 6 months?

Is that when you can apply for a renewel (6 mo) Mine ex. in Aug. and want to get it. They started them 2 mo after I got my renewed and want to get my lifetime permit

According to my paperwork, $75, and local fee was $50 which I paid in cash.

Edit for duplicate. Also, I didn't register it was for upgrade and not new.
