I'm heading south to spend a week with my sister in Warner Robins. Are there any really big gun stores close to I-75 I shouldn't miss?

In W.Robins there is Chucks Bait and Tackle. I don't make it down that way very often but I stop there when passing through. Chucks will have more used guns than any of the following.
If you're coming through on Saturday or Sunday, get off at exit 201 and go west towards Barnesville. I guess it's about 10 miles or so off 75 but the store is called Highway 36 Arms. Cool little shop! Eat at Buckners at exit 201 while you're at it! AWESOME!
If you take I-75 all the way to Macon get off at Hwy 247. Go about 1 mile to Ingleside and take a left. Ingleside Gunworks is about .25 miles on your left. 247 will then take you to WR.

BTW, none of these are "big gun stores"! I don't do "big gun stores"!

Chuck's in Warner Robins is good.

Ingleside has some nice things. The selection isn't as big and the prices are a little high.

Arvins is pretty good.

Between Macon and Warner Robins is the Rifleman. He has military/class III type items and is very fair about prices in my opinion. Plus, the customer service is good.

On your way through/around Atlanta, there is a range/store near the airport that has a large selection, but is kinda high (can't remember the name - sorry). Also, in northeast Atlanta is Southeast Public Safety and Bullseye. Bullseye has so much that they hardly have room for it. They are mostly military/police/class III oriented, not hunter/cowboy.

If you don't mind a couple of hours drive to Athens, then I highly suggest Clyde's Armory and Franklin's. Both almost have too much to look at.

The place that is near the ATL airport is call Georgia Range and Guns.  (owned by S&W)

They have a decent selection of rifles, pistols, some reloading gear, safes, AIRSOFT, and bulk ammo.

They had Korean M2 Ball in enblock bandos (387rnds iirc)  for 99.

Barrow hardware in Butler is only about 20 miles west from Warner Robbins on 96 and has a pretty good selection. He is a Class III dealer, but doesn't have a lot of that type of stuff. Great selection of handguns, and fair to good pricing.

Roger that.  I hunt down in Butler.  You would never believe the gun collection in that little hardware store.

I was in there last year, and I asked if they were a class 3 dealer. And they said they weren't, which was puzzling to me since my dealer told me that there was a gun shop in a hardware store in Butler that stocked some NFA stuff. So what is the deal, were they class 3? Are they class 3? or did they just pay their SOT?

Edited to add Rifleman in Macon has some neat stuff and it's right off I-75 in Macon.
