I'm surprized that no one has metioned this yet, but the Silverado gun show is at the Frederick fairgrounds this weekend. I plan to go just to look around a little, I haven't seen alot of good deals there over the years.

Been twice, only bought a handful of stripper clips for my Mosin on the second trip. I never see any deals there. They must think most of it is considered contraband in MD, and price accordingly.

Talking to people that came from the show over to pick up safes, show is really busy. I had a bushmaster upper on our table and boss sold it before 11 today

I was at the show. There were a lot of people there. I actually was impressed with some of the deals this time. Good show IMO.

I went saturday morning... IMO they should move some of the tables from the main building to the others. The main building has so many people it's hard to move let alone spot a deal.

The Silverado show in Frederick is getting worse every year. I don't know why I went again this time. The prices are awful and the selection is poor. It is so small there is no competition and if you didn't know better you could get robbed there. I hate leaving without something, so I bought 1000 rounds of Igman 5.56 M855 for $390, and a couple of surplus mag carriers for $5 each. All in all a wasted trip, I did have a good crab cake sandwich though.

I spend most of my money at the Nations Gun Show in Chantilly, BTW it is happening this coming weekend, you can also go on Friday from 3-8pm.

I think this will have been my last trip to the Silverado show.
