Anybody know a decent and reputable armorer/gunsmith in the Albuquerque area who is qualified to troubleshoot and repair an AR15?

That was weird. It didn't save the edit where I explained the issue.

My sights are screwy. My friend and I went to Zia R&P this past weekend to sight in. When I attempted to sight in at 50 yards, my shots were landing about 3" to the right of my point of aim. I had to adjust the windage almost all the way to the left to align it. I know this shouldn't be normal adjustment for windage alignment. In another thread, some suggested that the front sight base may be canted, others suggested the barrel wasn't indexed correctly.  The FSB appears to be aligned correctly, but I'm not 100% sure. Either way, I have no idea how to get it aligned.

Take the weapon to Ron Peterson's on Central Avenue.  If his in-house people do not work on it, it will most likely be fixed by my friend Frank Combs at The Shooting Iron in Socorro.
