[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Gunsmith recommendations

Looking for a local gunsmith to do the following:

Mosin Nagant:

Cut and thread the barrel.
Install muzzle comp.
drill and tap holes for scope mount.

If anyone knows any gunsmith that can do this, recommendations are appreciated.
