Anybody know where we are in the 40 day waiting period for HB 60?  

Apparently, the clock doesn't start running until the bill is transmitted to the governor.  

Alternatively, has anyone heard any updates on whether or not he will just sign it?

everything I've heard is that the governor will sign it.  he doesn't have to sign it until sometime in June though.  the wait sucks.

Most likely wouldn't take effect til July 1 anyways.

Everything I've heard is that he will sign it.  His office was lobbying FOR it.
