Harry Morgan of *M*A*S*H* died today. I loved that show! I can remember seeing the original movie at the theater.

He was great as Col. Potter, but I remember him in lots of old Westerns as well. Harry made it to 96. He lived longer than most of us will for sure....

Great actor, did allot other than MASH that may be worth mentioning, but that is the role that has made him immortal. I have every expectation that I will still be able to watch MASH reruns in over the next 40-50 years

Harry Morgan, Col. Potter on M-A-S-H, Bill Gannon on Dragnet ...
I cried during the M-A-S-H episode where he drank a bottle of wine from WW1 as he was the last man alive from his original WW! squad....
