Yeah if you can overturn the stun gun ban in NY, it could help lead to an overturn of the pistol ban, and "assault weapon" ban as well. Not holding my breath on the last 2, but reversal of stun gun bans seems to be a thing now that SCOTUS ruled it was a violation of the 2nd amendment. Not sure how banning pistols and semi auto rifles in common use is not in violation of the 2nd amendment too...but I guess I am not as in touch with my feelings as that asshat hack Skretny and the 2nd circus. |
