Hello , I will be moving to Houston & was wondering if there's any room available in this Home Town Forum for a fellow soon to be out of the Land of Lincoln ( IL ) to the great state of Texas. ( Born in Brownsville , Parents born in Mercedes ) . I will be staying w/ family til i get some thing going ( job & apartment ). I have enough saved in my Piggie bank for a jobless month or 2 or 3 ( i think ) but i will start looking the first week there , hopefully get something going soon. I guess taking my Handguns & AR's w/ me & bringing them to TX is cool. I'm looking forward to maybe meeting some of you & drink a beer & eat some good food & of course (range time ). I will be driving out there thursday March, 22 w/ some buddies that are going to fly back on sunday. Maldonado ( Pep ) ...........................thanks (kar98k)....................................... I was wondering were can i treat my buddies for a (see you soon) toast. They will be here friday & saturday night. I figure this will be my way to thank them for helping me drive 17+ hours. thanks , Pep. |
