I hope nobody minds this too much. Many are familiar with the Westboro Baptist Church, some are not. I won't go into a tirade about these guys. I think 99.9% of mankind would agree that protesting the funerals of soldiers has nothing to do with their hatred for gays, and I can think of no bigger insult to the families of soldiers. They will picketing a couple funerals in California, one on Sunday in Baldwin Park, and one on Tuesday in Riverside. Here are a couple links. The first is to their website, the second to their page of upcoming pickets. Which story? The Kansas church claims the soldiers' deaths are a sign of God punishing America for tolerating homosexuality. Holy Teliban! The Marine funeral made the local Los Angeles news as the crowd of military familes outnumbered the idiots from Kansas by about 20:1.

That story. Was there an actual beatdown that followed? |
Excuse my lack of legal things, but what does this mean? Does that mean they can be arrested if they step inside of cemetery, or they have to remain certain distance away? |
