Houston Members, the DFW crew seems much more organized. So, let's get a sign up "sheet" going. We need to get together at least once a month or quarter to see what new toys each has, or just to tip a cup or two...Whadday'all Think? I'm Coz_cal_45acp, From NW Houston. Kingwood (north of Humble) here. I shoot mostly at Carter's Country for rifle, and Sportsmens Outlet on 1960 in Humble for handguns. Thunder Range on FM1314 over toward Conroe/Woodlands is another that I use sometimes. Haven't met any of the other Houston members yet, I'm up for some group activities but travel for my work so will probably have schedule conflicts at times. |

Hey guys, I've been wanting us to do something for months now. I AM TRYING TO HAVE A SUPERBOWL PARTY... I posted a couple threads on it, it will be at SAM"S BOAT RICHMOND LOCATION, starting at 4 pm this SUNDAY...you can come earlier though if you want since I'll be there at 10 am. Looks like we have approximately 15 Houston-area folks here so far. I am having to work on horrid shifts due to problems or I'd get some organization done. If everyone could go to the page bunghole put out and put their info there, I'll down load and sort it and figure out the "actual list". You Pasadena, Humble, Conroe, Katy and others, if you could just put down Houston as your hometown on the list, it will sort out right. Last time I tried it, we had only 5 Houston-based folks there. I may be at the Sams boat deal, depending on work issues. I'll be the old fart, no doubt. |

N. Shepard at 610 loop here, Anyone going to the Gunshow this weekend at the Convention center? Didn't make the Reliant show, too expensive to park and they don't sell powder or primers there, which I hope to scarf down on this weekend. I've shot at most every place in town at one time or another, but prefer the longer ranges at American Shooting Center. Well I hope the Sam's Boat thing turned out to be fun. I am an IT Manager and we got Slammed by the SQL SLAMMER WORM VIRUS and my shift was on Sunday till noon til 10 pm...... Still doing a 10 hour rotation with me and two other guys..... A real nightmare up here..... |
