I’m selling a few 16 acre lots (to qualify for the low Greenbelt tax in TN) in the Cumberland plateau area of TN. There are several of us in a beautiful, limited access, no riff raff area near Fall Creek Falls and it’s perfect for many activities appealing to people here. Any suggestions on how to market it this to the desired crowd?

I think one of the major problems with America today is not enough families sit down to a big plate of squirrels momma just fried up.
