I'm betting around a year to a year and a half.
My guess is based on the fact they are just now getting done with complaints, and are looking for people to build the range.  Give it 6 months and a few failed starts to find organizations and contractors (unless it's just a gimmie to the Wildlife Committee of Wa AKA Kemore range), a few months for permitting and design, and around 4-6 months of build outs, the balance being any last minutes attempts to get it all shut down by the nudists or tree huggers or whatever.

I was wondering the same thing. My guess is it will be a little bit longer than Madcap suggests (closer to 3 years), but I'm a pessimist by nature. Does anyone know if the funding for the building of the range is even in place? If we have to wait for that it could take a long time.

Considering I first heard this gun range plan when warehouser closed shooting out there in oh what 2003?

My guess is 5 more years and still nothing will happen with it.
