Have to share the pic of the Prime Rib I cooked for Thanksgiving....My first try ever, didn't turn out too bad!!!  Was a little overdone, but still pink inside!!!  Rubbed, seared, smoked, wrapped, slow cooked, no leftovers!!!!  I think a couple more tries, I'll have it down pat!!!
