Anyone know if 441 is open going over the mountain towards Gatlinburg?
We were thinking of driving up from Atlanta. |

Are you sure you don't mean 411? 441 goes over the mountain through Gatlinburg. Yes, I know that. But 411 comes out of Atlanta amd a lot of people confuse the two. 441 starts east of Atlanta a pretty good distance. To go from there to Gatlinburg is a very long drive as opposed to 411. |

Been driving to Gatlinburg for >45 years, so I'm sure what I mean. 
We live in Alpharetta, and 441 via 85 is the fastest route. Quoted:

In fact, I hate giving directions around here because I've lived in the area so long, have travelled every road, but can't name but a few. |
