Just wondering if any of you guys would have any interest on starting an IL HTF phone list. Basic idea is this... IM me your phone number, your first name (sorry I can't remember EVERYONE  ), I will call it to confirm that it is yours, and I'll plug it into a word document. I will keep track of who provided the numbers, and only send the list out to those who contribute with a working number, so no...I won't send it out to just anyone who asks. Only people who contribute to this list will get a copy.I know I've wished I had a few of your numbers sometimes, and since I'm horrible at saving them, I often find myself up shit creek when it comes to contacting you guys outside of ARFCOM. EITHER WAY, I personally would like to have your phone numbers. If you want me to have your number, or just want my number WITHOUT BEING ADDED TO THE LIST (IE, like Cody...I never saved that damn thing) then send it to me. If you do not want to be on the official list and just want to exchange with me, then just type that out in the subject heading and in the text of the private message and the two of us can simply exchange numbers. I don't know if there is any interest in doing this, but if there is, post up and start IMing me. Scott |
 If anyone really wants my # you can have it, but I think as long as you have a real life friend that is also an arfcom member you should be good to go. At the last Peoria dinner my girlfriend got another members' wifes cell #, but I forgot to ask for his number.

| this sounds like a good idea. maybe for those that want to participate would also want to include what town they live in. in an emergency situation it would make sense to call people near by first. or possibly set up a short notice shoot somewhere. what do you guys think? |
Cody, What does "when I can you" mean? A typo, I hope!? J/K If someone wants to put together a phone list for some constructive reason, I might not be opposed, although, it's easy enough to IM or email anybody here through this site. |

Hey guys, If the purpose of this list is to set up a phone list in the event of SHTF type scenarios, I think we need to think about more than a phone list. How many of you guys practice shooting, scenario shooting, etc.? How many of you have survival food, water and fuel set aside? Perhaps it would be a good idea for some of us to get together and discuss emergency plans. |
May not be a bad idea. We can however do that seperate from the phone list. From there, we can figure out the other stuff. |

Neighbors are still sketchy Iranians. Wife and Baby are good. Situation with the Mother in Law is worse, as the cancer has spread. |
