Lets just make EVERY SPOT downtown a handicaped spot since there will be an unusally high number of them needed,,, by folks who get around just fine.

any predictions on the racial incident that will happen this year.

I remember a big stink about something that happened a few years back at a park they had set up rides /carnaval setup..

The police had to kiss alot of butts for just protecting the people there from some gang bangers. They were to forceful on the bad guys or something....

I remember a few years back there were some parking tickets issued to some vehicles that were illegally parked.
The result was cancelling the tickets and providing law enforcement officers with racial sensitivity training.

I am not sure how that worked.

True. And some people will get jobs too.

I wish they would bring back the rodeo that use to be a part of this. I never did get to it and now I think it is no longer a part of the event.
