I would recommend that you have a silencer manufacturer do your barrel threading. If the threading isn't concentric with the bore, you could have baffle strikes. I had SRT cut my Remington 700's barrel down to 18" and thread it for my suppressor. Doug Melton is the owner and posts here on Arfcom under the screen name AZDoug. Where's my pic?
