Not sure about an insurance scam, I think she is just a very poor driver that could care less about other's property. She is almost 20 years old. I think she checked a girl out of school. She was not the owner of the car, she has the same last name as the owner though. She did not have any empathy for my daughter at all. Figures because they have not called their insurance company and the # the insurance company has, is out of service. I don't have time to wait so I have to file under our Collision coverage and front my deductible. |
| Seems more common in Florida than other areas of the country. I got rear-ended back when I lived in Tampa Bay more times that I can remember. Every time I was stopped when it happened. My friend has had her car hit twice in the past three months with no note having been left. |

Wait until season is in full swing and the roads are clogged with Q-tips out for a leisurely drive and the early bird special while you are trying to work so you can pay their social security entitlement. End Rant........... |

Quoted: I wish my daddy covered my insurance when I was 20. I think you misunderstood my rant. The driver that hit my Daughter's car is almost 20. My daughter is 16 and is a Junior in HS taking AP classes and is dual enrolled in Polk State College. She should have the majority of an AA degree when she graduates HS. It is free for me. So providing her with a car and insurance is my pleasure to help her get a good start in life. The crazy thing is that a woman backed into my Wife's truck last night when it was parked at CVS while my Wife was shopping. |

Shit, I got backed into on a 4 lane road!!
an Illegal stopped in the middle of the road at night, I was behind him. he proceeded to back up right into my car!! Waiting for the cops, he decided to take off.. When the cops finally got there, another illegal, drunk off his ass pulled out right into another car in front of us!! and then proceeded to try and flee the scene!!! The cops never did get back to me about the illegal who hit me... Fucker barely spoke a lick of English, other than 'no cop, no cop'... This happened in NoVA |

Yeah, coming from Texas I've had issues here with the drivers. The drivers in TX are aggressive/a*holes, but they're much safer (if that makes any sense) than the drivers here who seem to just be totally oblivious to the rules of the road and their surroundings. At least when somebody cut me off in TX the person didnt drop their speed by 20.
Funniest thing I've seen here is somebody missing their off at a roundabout. Instead of just going around, they threw the car into reverse. Fortunately, haven't been hit yet. Really helps having a very short, straightforward commute to work. |

Last year I was the third car in line at Taco bell about 2am after work.
Out of the blue the first car in line decides not to order, slams it in reverse and plows into the #2 car in front of me. Just as I am thinking WTF the guy in car#2 gets out and it's a cop in uniform in his personal car. The cop comes back to me first and says "please don't drive off in case this woman says I rear ended her". I thought for sure she was drunk at that time of night but she was sober and just stupid. |

My friend has had her car hit twice in the past three months with no note having been left. I've been in 3 slow speed collisions with my current vehicle. Two were people crashing into me, the other one was me crashing into someone who was being an ass and needed "a crashing". Each time, no damage to my vehicle but a good amount of damage to theirs. Man, I love my truck. |
