| I'm in Austin. I'll be home all day on Sunday, April 4th, if that's the Sunday that you're referring to. I'm located about 6 miles off of I-35 at Exit 227, but there's a shortcut back to I-35 from my home. I can help out if you'd like. Just send me an e-mail/IM with your contact info, and I will respond with mine. |

Last time I checked out in the morning & just left my bag at the desk. If his graduation is late enough I'd like to drive down & then drive back, save the cost of a hotel for a 2 hour event. Gonna rain this weekend so might not be possible. |

Got it managed. The boy wants me to come down early for Family Day so I can take him off post, will show him a little bit of San Antonio. Grabbed a hotel. Thanks for the offers. Where's the best places to park for the Riverwalk and Alamo? |

Thanks for the offers. Where's the best places to park for the Riverwalk and Alamo? Go to the Rivercenter 849 E. Commerce, San Antonio, TX 78205 and park in the parking garage. Eat at one of the restaurants in the Rivercenter and get parking validated ... That puts you on the river walk at the bottom floor of the Rivercenter and a quarter mile from the Alamo Plaza. |

I've been staying at an AirBNB every time I go to San Antonio for convention. I don't even try to brave parking. I use Lyft/Uber every time, get dropped off/picked up at the curb of wherever I want to go. Cost of parking, traffic, knowing the streets, walking long distances - just not worth it anymore. I just pay the $20. |
